PSRAM speed questions

1. I noticed the psram spi frequency is set at 40Mhz and not 80Mhz, and isn't configurable, any reason for that?
   I got twice the bandwidth for both read and write when changing it to 80Mhz, but had to change the code for that.

2. I read there's octal and quad psram and it's configurable here, but the opsram didn't work for me. Is it something that the board needs to support? So not all boards support that?

I thought all the dual SPI RAM chips are 40 MHz but might be wrong. You can create a PR to support 80MHz via a feature

Quad SPI needs to be supported by the board (basically it needs four pins connected to the data lines, not just two)
