fixed a typo in an optional command
added some sudo's and fixed a mistake in the mailman mysql url
Added rechapta dev keys so the rechapta always passes

I made a setup guide for mailman
Might be nice if for example @MiniNick would try installing mailman using the guide to iron out more possible problems
