This repository contains a Jupyter Notebook for a 90 minute introduction Python for text analysis. It presumes no prior programming knowledge.
The lesson assumes that the user has a current installation of Anaconda on their machine. It has been tested on the 2020.11 distribution.
Students will be able to:
- Understand key concepts in Python such as variables, lists, and loops
- Execute a keywords-in-context analysis
- Look up other features of Python to meet their research needs
