INSTALLIN DATABASE

1. Install XAMP
2. Open XAMP and start MySql and Apache services
3. open http://localhost/phpmyadmin/
4. copy the script from create_db.txt (https://github.com/alexbajzat/CMS-ISS/tree/master/db)
5. create a database named 'conference_manager' in phpmyadmin
6. copy-paste create_db.txt content in phpmyadmin`s console
