This is a installer for mummer.
the no-arguments install script is called install.sh, and it is at the root folder of this repository. It assumes enough permissions to copy things to /usr/bin, etc; basically, to be run as root.
you can install different versions of mummer with this; each tag in this repository corresponds to a installer for the corresponding version.
