This PR makes a breaking change by improving the clarity of the argument for specifying the type of epidemiological parameter (see #386), previously
epi_dist, toepi_name.This should be less ambiguous and is in line with the {epiparameter} development plan to be more general to all types of epidemiological parameters and reporting styles, not just those that are reported as distributions.
