This PR adds 3 epidemiological parameters for Chikungunya virus to the database in {epiparameter}. These parameters have been requested by collaborators working on the Epi-training kit.
The
sysdatais updated to include the new parameters, as are the unit tests that check the size of the database.The data dictionary has been updated to include case fatality risk as one of the allowed epidemiological parameters, as this PR adds the first case fatality risk to the database (otherwise the JSON validation workflow would error).
