enhanced makefile:

  • make superadmin to create/reinitialize superadmin : new env var SUPER_ADMIN_PASSWORD defined
  • make migrations to create migrations
  • make migrate to apply migrations

reviewed doc:

  • doc moved to sub-folder ./doc
  • converted from rst to md
