[BUG] Models with generic and use of title are not created

Describe the bug
Some models that describe the use of generics according to the specification are not created. Below, I provide the JSON that describes the API, and the model with the name in the 'title' property is not created.

In chopper generated code this api is described as dynamic. Model is not created.

Expected behavior
Model "PaginatedResponseOfPlanInListDto" must be created and used in the chopper code.
