Max dotfiles. On daily basis as programming ninja I need to use following tools: tea mug, macbook, cupcakes cooking machine and surikens

- install contains commands required to install evironment on new mac and update existing
- install.dotfiles - install dotfiles using rcm tool
- install.sh - install environmet
- update.system – updates OSX, brew, gems
- brew.sh - updagredes brew, and install tools and libs
- cask.sh - install applications
