p1 gateway v2.0.0, as used in Assendorp test, but now targeted towards test server

This release is suitable for big rollout.
Fixed: long-button press on button GPIO12 (SW2) (labeled K on the enclosure, which stands for the Dutch word "Koppelen"); now uses delete_bearer() function as intended. Red LED now also on proper GPIO_NUM
