We no longer have different colors per content kind (video, topic, etc) so the theme colors were all the same gray. Make this clear with a "gray" theme color and also add the endless-orange to this color. So b-buttons can now have variant=gray-primary or variant=endless-orange-outline (for example). Helps: #725
As it was before.
Use a bootstrap flexbox utility class to center the button vertically in the navbar without stretching it. https://getbootstrap.com/docs/4.0/utilities/flex/#align-self
