Hello, i have to switch my BBQKees E32 V2 from direct 2-wire bus to service jack (due bus comm error on boiler), everything went seamless except now i do not get values mostly for DHW data like dhw current extern temperature, dhw current intern temperature and so on. Also last error code is not published. I did not do any configuration, firmware or any other changes, just reconnected the gateway. Is it standard, can it be like before with some setup? Thanks for any help |

There's nothing in the software I can see that could cause this. Perhaps a cabling issue? @bbqkees wrote this on Discord a while back: "the issue is a very old one that sometimes pops up. The S3 was upgraded from a very old Gateway but the old jack cable was kept and used on the new Gateway. The old jack cable, while fitting the ESP8266 Gateways, does not have extended plugs and will not fit completely into the connector of any ESP32 or ESP32-S3 connector. This will cause all kinds of intermittent connection losses, shortcuts, no bus etc. |

ha, now i found, that boiler does not heat tap water at all and configuration options for water temperature disappeared from thermostat as well :( |

i can see that "tapwater active" is false, but i didn't do any settings in UI, boiler or thermostat at all. will try to set it to active to see what happens next. |

what i found more is that it changed (after the ems -> service jack switch) detected type of thermostat from RC200 before switch to RC310 after switch while there is RC200 installed since the installation of boiler years ago |
