docs(redirections): added redirections in metadata

Added redirections in metadata since static doc is to be relocated on the EPDocs portal. Also, fixed manually some links that will break due to the content redefinition/relocation in the portal.

Motivation and context

Since information architecture in the EPDocs portal has evolved and some content blocks and sections are moved to a different location, adding redirections avoids broken links in most of the cases.
