Why not use dependabot to conveniently update dependencies in the app and GitHub Actions?

Hello, thanks for the PR, but I prefer to update the dependencies manually, as it's often necessary to check the changelog to verify that no breaking change occurred and test them.
However, this can be useful to check the current dependencies state, e.g. I missed the github actions updates shown in the your list. Is it possible to provide some kind of integration to only check the status, without providing PRs?
