Feed Twitter Client

Right now we have have clients that connect to Twitter for searching new tweets, interacting with users who respond to our tweets and generating new tweets.

We'd like one more client that reads the agent's feed, i.e. who they follow, and responds to a tweet in the feed.

• Copy the "search" client and modify it to use the feed instead of a keyword search
• Don't respond to every tweet, pick a good one that hasn't been responded to yet and respond to it
• Feed tweet must be one we havent responded to in the past

Actions:

• Like a tweet
• Interpret any media from tweet (image, gif, video)
