  • After verifying emoji with existing mobile device, you get 4S prompt after verifying, why does it do that?
  • Cancelling the 4S prompt leaves an “upgrade encryption” toast even though it’s present on the account in Settings

It's possible this is correct, but we were at least puzzled by it during smoke testing.

Couldn't complete my repro attempt because matrix.org was too slow to test with. I'll try again next week.

No 4S prompt for me, so looks like this may be resolved.
