Dark theme forgotten on new login, and then won't take effect.

Log in on new device; everything is light theme (despite OS being dark, and account data being dark). Set it to light and then dark again, briefly worked, then spontaneously reset.

The fact it briefly worked i think was a remote echo race condition - in the time it took me to go from dark->light->dark in settings, the remote echo for the light transition was received about 10s later, hence it seeming to reset.

The fact it was wrong in the first place is a separate bug.
