Steps to reproduce

User feedback:
"This time it directly crashed after I tapped on the searchbar. Not when the timeline appeared or when I start writing something in the composer. This crash has a delay. But alwaysed caused by the searchbar.[...] It is independent on the room I click it seems. Because the last crash was directly when I tapped the searchbar and typed the first letter"

Isn't possible to get some crash logs for this? It would help a lot

@Velin92 I linked a rageshake to this issue. I don't see any crash logs in the attached logs
I don't understand the crash observed by the end user without any crash logs. Do you have an idea ?

Seems that the issue is happening on MXBreadcrumbsRoomListDataFetcher.refresh.
And is probably related to this crash I already fixed last week: matrix-org/matrix-ios-sdk#1731
I see the user was using 1.10.3 so this should be fixed on newer versions @giomfo @nimau

Could they try on a newer version and see if is fixed?

I check matrix-org/matrix-ios-sdk#1731 has been released in sdk v0.26.0 -> Element-iOS v1.10.4

I consider this crash fixed
