Steps to reproduce

  1. Make a voice call
  2. Put element into background
  3. Wait
  4. After a while, pick up the phone again and
  5. switch back to element

Outcome

What did you expect?

After 2, the call should always persist.

What happened instead?

After 4, the call indicator disappeared.
After 5, it is apparent that the app has been reloaded (interface went blank, then content appears). No call is shown as ongoing on my side. The other party of the call says they cannot hear me, but the call is shown as ongoing on their side.

to double check, is this 1 call or starting new calls each time?

it sounds like there could be a memory leak somewhere~

it sounds like there could be a memory leak somewhere~

It's each time. It's especially bad when I have overnight calls; in the morning the call is always disconnected from my side, but the other party claims the call is still ongoing.

exactly the same here, except it happens within minutes if backgrounded, and the app will be killed in a few hours even when I'm actively using it.
