Building Linux AppImage in >19.33 sometimes fails with tar error "file changed as we read it"

• Target: Linux Ubuntu 16.10

Issue details:
Building an AppImage on Ubuntu (16.10) with [email protected] or higher sometimes fails with tar errors like:
tar: ./ui_resources_200_percent.pak: file changed as we read it

Reverting to [email protected] allows AppImage to be built.
