Rally will not directly handle this. Instead, we will improve the documentation and provide a download helper script for the standard tracks in https://github.com/elastic/rally-tracks. |

With this commit we add a helper script that allows users to download all track-related data so they can transfer them separately to machines that don't have direct access to the Internet. Relates elastic/rally#231

Makes Rally easier to use
Follow-up from #226 where @prajwalkumar83 has reported:
I have the same problem as my environment (like most corporate servers that sit behind a firewall) does not have internet access. I have downloaded esrally and its dependencies from PyPi and installed esrally successfully. How do i run tests in offline mode by downloading the required test files offline? the --offline option does not help as the tracks still need internet access. Any suggestions/workarounds?
While #226 focuses on simplifying installation of Rally in these cases, we'll tackle the issue reported above in this ticket.
