Summary
This PR fixes the position of the annotation on the Event Rate Chart.
Elastic-charts can't actually correctly compute the annotation position if a chart doesn't have a corresponding axis elastic/elastic-charts#1036.
In this case the fix is to manually provide a
markerPosition.Secondly I've also cleaned up a bit the code with the following changes:
Previous behaviour (I've added tooltip to better read the histogram values) the annotation wasn't placed in the right spot
PR behaviour: the arrow is now placed correctly at the right point in time
maxHeightparameter for theRectAnnotation. If you remove y0 and y1 from the rect annotation it will automatically fill all the vertical space. I don't see any custom Y domain specified and this logic seems to be unnecessary. Please correct me if I'm wrong and such specification is required.Fixes #88652
