The previous template had a vague charge for making sure our PRs were "checked for keyboard-only and screenreader accessibility" which many people seem to ignore.
Can't be certain as to why, but possibly because people have little idea what that means.
Hopefully changing it to something more specific gives people more confidence in actually making sure their work is accessible even if "keyboard-accessible + no added axe errors" is a lower bar than what we were asking for previously.
