Linked favicon in index.html

168a9e3 added a favicon file, but it is not referenced in the html file. Firefox requires
the link tag to find the favicon.

#1444 is a duplicate but points out another reason to merge this: kibana being in a subdirectory of the webserver.

Woops! Sorry about that! We recently replaced the master branch with Kibana 4. This action force closed all of the old pull requests against master. We will be reviewing these on a case-by-case basis and creating new tickets as necessary.

The good news is that many long requested features can be found in Kibana 4, and we're being entirely open about our roadmap. Check out the roadmap tickets (which we're still filling in) here.

We're focusing on Kibana 4 going forward, which is an enitirely new codebase. This should be fixed in Kibana 4, but feel free to open a new issue if you find that it's not.
