Summary
It appears that only 2 of the esArchives in
test/functional/fixtures/saved_objects_managementcan be converted to kbnArchives because the others contain special cases with types that are not exportable.Also inspect_saved_objects is FLAKY: #118288
It passed for me locally but I'll have to use the flaky test runner to see if it needs other work.
