On-prem users clicking the
Ask Kibanalink in the header are sent to https://www.elastic.co/products/kibana/ask-elastic.For Cloud users, this URL is set by the
cloudplugin via an extension point in core'schromeservice. Currently that URL is https://support.elastic.co, however this will direct to a 403 page for users without access to the portal.This PR updates the URL that is set for cloud users to https://cloud.elastic.co/support, which will still direct users toward support, but will not cause a 403 for folks without access to the portal.
