[Getting Started] Remove legacy add data list view

When transitioning over to the new add data view with Fleet integrations as the default experience, we'd also like to integrate linked cards that will provide entry points for Beats / Logstash modules while we build up supported integrations, Enterprise Search connectors, file upload and sample data.

When doing so, we'll want to keep the legacy add data tutorial details page for non-Fleet supported integrations and remove the add data list view. This work is completely dependent on linked cards (#93084). If we do not have linked cards, we may need to repurpose this issue to downplay the discoverability of the legacy add data view.
