Improve markdown viz docs

The existing docs that we have, here, are a little light. Are we able to provide a few examples of markdown that we can include in the page, a "code" and then "display" sort of setup?

It does link out to that on the Github page, but it'd be nice to also have something in our docs.

@AlonaNadler in my rework of the visualize docs, I am adding an example for each visualization. Is there an existing example that I can use in the docs?

If I could use the public demo navigation dashboard as an example, that would be great!
