[ML] Recognizer modules UI does not indicate lazy job start #90181

Browser

  • Chrome

Steps to reproduce

  • In cloud-autoscaling mode with no ML node available create jobs via the modules UI

Expected result

  • There's an indicator to show that jobs will start lazily.

Actual result

  • There's no indicator about missing ML nodes or lazy job start. The jobs are displayed as Running:
