Issue with float/double fields defined with Color format

Kibana version: 5.0.0-beta1

Elasticsearch version: 5.0.0-beta1

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:
Numeric float/double fields with Color format appear with 15 digits after the decimal point (i.e. 0.998888889948527) in Data Table visualization.

The issue goes back to Kibana 4.5.0.

This is inconsistent with the number-format, which allows you to supply a number formatting pattern as well. The default there is three decimal places.

The color-formatter should allow for something similar as well.
