Documentation for apm_oss.metricsIndices and apm_oss.sourcemapIndices is missing: https://www.elastic.co/guide/en/kibana/current/apm-settings-kb.html. Additionally, we should consider removing apm_oss.apmAgentConfigurationIndex as we will move the agent configurations to saved objects.

Suggested solution
Add the following to https://github.com/elastic/kibana/blob/5fa99d47ee88a6a5e8f8619875c29c66f193574b/docs/settings/apm-settings.asciidoc:

apm_oss.metricsIndices:: Matcher for indices containing metric documents. Defaults to `apm-*`.
apm_oss.sourcemapIndices:: Matcher for indices containing sourcemap documents. Defaults to `apm-*`.
