Follow-up for #41739

When viewing a partitioned job without selected split field, the angualrjs based single metric viewer showed a visual highlight:
single_metric_viewer_old_detector
This is missing int the new React based single metric viewer:
single_metric_viewer_detector

Technically this is a regression, but from an UX standpoint, the original version wasn't very intuitive. There might be better ways to handle this.
