From the user's perspective, the title of an object is the unique identifier of that object. This is the value that they define when creating the object. This is the value that is displayed in all lists. This is the value that they change when they rename the object. However, as far as the system is concerned, this is not the unique identifier for that object. This causes confusing results. Note, that when the user saves the object for the second time with the new name, it does not prompt for overwrite confirmation. (because they are actually creating a second object with the id and title equal to the new name)
