Update Add Data UI's for 7.x

There are two things that jump out at me in the Add Data UI's that I think need to be updated for 7.x.

First, are the screenshots. If a module has a dashboard, we typically show a screenshot. All of the screenshots for these modules seem to be in 6.x and do not match the color / styling of Kibana. Should we update?

Alternatively, do we need dark / light themed screenshots just as we have for sample data. I don't think this is as important, but worth noting that it's being done in other areas.

Is this first step in a large portion of these tutorials outdated now? Are these now distributed with Elasticsearch ootb?

@alexfrancoeur Yes we should not have the Install geoip and user agent plugin in Add Data UI for 7.x. They should already be removed by #30866 and #31173

Which Add Data UI is it that still has the plugin info? Also what version Kibana are you using?
