[Lens] CSV export on a datatable with split metrics by doesnt generate the expected report

Kibana version:
8.8+ (but can also happen in prior versions). 7.17 works as expected

Describe the bug:
When I create a Lens table with a split metrics by dimension and export the table on a csv the generated report doesn't look like the rendered table.

For example create a table like that:

The export leads to a csv like this:

while we are expecting something like:

[elasticmachine]

I believe this behavior was introduced on purpose in 8.2: #128297

Closing this in favor of #164413 as it is more generic

I think we can re-open this and treat it as separate enhancement than #164413 .
The reason for that is that here the changes are substantial and the impact is on the whole table: for those who rely on the export of the table here without transpose it would be a breaking change.
I had a quick go for this and can propose an alternative solution: provide 2 tables in this specific context, both in the Inspector and when downloading. One default table as it is, and an additional transpose table with the new content.

i want to download it as CSV exactly as lens table view. but its not downloading it like that how to it ?
