[Synthetics] Previous Check link doesn’t work

Seeing in main (local Kibana) and 8.8.0-SNAPSHOT in ESS

When on the Test run details page and trying to go to the Previous check, it does not do anything. Next check is working, but cannot go backwards to the Previous check.

Steps to reproduce

• Create a monitor and leave it running to have several test results (e.g. 10)
• Go into the monitor (Overview, Goto monitor)
• Scroll down to the Last 20 Test Runs (or do this from the History tab)
• Click into one of the runs from the middle of them (i.e. not the first or last few, so you can try and move between them)
• Select the Date from the top right of the screen
• Clicking Next check works
• Clicking Previous check does not (regardless of you clicking this first, or trying after clicking Next check
