Similar to how it's possible to add a filter for the full formula dimension, it should be possible to add a reduced time range to the full formula. This is a convenience feature - it's possible to add it already to every ES metric function individually.

When reduced time ranges are used within the formula while there is a global reduced time range as well, the "inner" reduced time ranges should overwrite the global setting.
