Kibana version: 8.2.0

Describe the bug:
The Mouseover text on the Discover Expanded document shows "Unknown field" for keyword or text fields.

May be related to #124017

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Create a field of type keyword or text
  2. See how it is displayed in Discover in the field list and in the document grid.
  3. Mouseover text shows "Unknown field" while the field list view works as expected.

Expected behavior:
Similar to the field list view, the Expanded document should have the right mouseover text .
