Describe the bug:
The chart to preview a rule fails to render with error when creating a new APM and User Experience rule.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to Stack Management > Rules and Connectors page
2. Create a new rule
3. Pick a rule from the APM and User Experience category, e.g. Error count threshold
4. The chart fails to render with error

Expected behavior:
The UI loads fine, and the chart is rendered

The way Kibana and EUI consume the theme changed recently in v8.1.0 (main).
