[Fleet] Long integration policy names do not wrap

Describe the bug:
Long integration policy names exceed the column width. This was reported in our community slack channel.

Expected behavior:
The text should wrap

We had another report of table columns breaking on Integrations > Policies tab:

I wonder if something generic changed with EUI tables?

I could reproduce on release env, though looks fixed on dev env and latest master. Maybe this was already fixed in fleet or eui?

@jen-huang hm yes, I could reproduce on smaller width at the Policies table:

what do you think if I add wrap on Version column?

Alternatively could use truncateText, though that ends up showing too little of the version or Upgrade button.
