The refresh isn't working properly to sync the entire alerts page to the timeline flyout after our RAC updates. Users are still able to do a hard browser refresh to see the data displayed properly but this extra step might result in unknowingly inaccurate or incomplete data shown on the alerts page.
Tests also need to be written for all refresh bugs so we can mitigate these issues from occurring in the future
