In #106440 we added the manual agent installation instruction. Going forward we want to push people towards auto attachment for the agents that support it.
The first phase only includes the Java agent

@sqren The server team has elastic/apm-server#4830 as a stretch goal which I think makes it at risk for us to start working on this as a priority for 7.16 at this time. I would ensure we prioritize other goals over this and make it part of our next cycle.

Finished up the designs for the first iteration in the design issue. Refer to these for guidance on the UX flow and layouts.
