Using Firefox51 savedSearch panel in a dashboard is missing Scrollbar

Description of the problem including expected versus actual behavior:

When viewing a dashboard that has a saved search as a panel the scrollbar next to the search results is missing. this only happens in firefox and the scrollbar is present when same dashboard is viewed via other browsers.

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a search and save it.
   2.Create a dashboard, add the saved search
   3.view the dashboard using Firefox 51.0.1 and you will not see a scrollbar next to the panel for the savedsearch results.
   4- view the same dashboard in a different browser like Chrome and you will see the scrollbar

I suspect this is an issue from the discover side of things since it only affects saved searches.
