## Summary

Updates a link in the docs file
`x-pack/plugins/apm/dev_docs/telemetry.md` which was pointing to the
legacy link https://github.com/elastic/telemetry#kibana-access. That
link has been updated to
https://github.com/elastic/telemetry#i-just-want-to-see-the-data.
