If a start value is set to “Last 9 hours”, it should be persisted in the quick select input. Instead it defaults to “Last 15 minutes”.

@formgeist Can you explain further your chain of events. My form does get persisted.

Though, if I then select a recently used that was quick select, the quick select form does not update to reflect that selection.

I think it would be nice if the quick select would then update to match, but not sure how much work that would be. @nreese ?

It would not be that difficult to pre-populate the quick select with the current time range delta.

Just checked my original GIF, and it had missed some critical seconds in the beginning, so I can understand how it doesn't exactly explain the issue.

  1. Quick select a time range and update.
  2. Change the i.e. from to "45 minutes" and update.
  3. View quick select, the value still reads the original quick select.
