I spoke to @gabriellandau offline - we just want this merge so that we can reference the custom documentation from the git hash. We don't need to release this.

There might be more... there's quite a few commits in this list https://github.com/elastic/endpoint-package/commits/main/custom_documentation since August 4 (the last commit in this branch).

I can manually recreate it all and put in a PR to this 8.10 branch if you'd like.
