Syncs APM Server documentation with recent Beats changes

• docs: Update cipher suites documentation beats#20697 -- Updates the cipher_suites documentation to better display TLS version compatibility, and adds a tagged region so we can reuse the content in APM Server's input docs.
• Update monitoring-internal-collection.asciidoc beats#19422 -- Fixes error in monitoring config
• docs: Update ESS and Elasticsearch output documentation beats#20074 -- Leftover changes to ESS output documentation
• docs: Add processor.event info to Logstash output beats#20721 -- Updates Logstash output documentation to explain processor.event. For docs: clarify output documentation #3705.
• [docs] Streamline beats getting started guides beats#17007 -- Beats did a lot of refactoring work in this PR. I'm pulling the changes into APM.
• docs: Update beats for APM beats#20881 -- Refactoring the refactor so it works for APM.

Adds APM only updates

• Updates APM Server's cipher_suites input documentation per Add cipher suites table to APM server SSL input settings #4002.

Other required changes

• docs: fix link to APM Server kibana#77002 must be merged for the doc build to pass

Content looks good, but there seems to be an issue with the navigation structure:

Shows up as a sibling to "Elasticsearch index template", which still has a "Manually loading template configuration" child page - but that is empty. I think that one should have been replaced?
