Update readme.md with the information about chocolatey

The script should update it once per 12 hours. So if a new version is released on github, it should automatically get released on chocolatey.org and then go through the review process.
If the package gets the
trustedstatus, the review part will be skipped for each release.If at somepoint weaveworks would like to get permissions for the package, just reach out to me: either via chocolatey's "contact maintainers" or via this PR or anything really.
