当客户端离线的时候

做301重定向、自定义html、自行触发一个自定义接口链接地址

有时候内网客户端映射站点，客户端机器出了什么问题掉线了，是否可以做301重定向，或者自行配置html提示。

如何配置使用呢.。
当客户端有请求，但是客户端离线状态，怎么实现301跳转
